Matthew Bartz
Matthew Bartz is fluent in Spanish and is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and the United States District Court. Matt is a member of both the Arizona State Bar and J. Ruben Clark Law Society.
In 2004, Mr. Bartz had the honor of working as a Judicial Extern for Presiding Justice Paul Turner of the California Court of Appeals. In 2006, Mr. Bartz won the Western Regional competition for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. After moving to Arizona, Mr. Bartz worked as a criminal prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. As part of both the Juvenile Crimes Bureau and Adult Crimes Trial Bureau, Mr. Bartz handled thousands of criminal matters ranging from complex felony kidnapping and aggravated assault cases to simple shoplifting cases.
Mr. Bartz is an experienced criminal law attorney who has handled numerous jury trials and bench trials. His primary focus is criminal defense in the City, State and Federal Courts.
