"My family and I never thought we would need the services of a criminal defense lawyer.  As blue and white collar workers we were living the American dream until one of my uncles was stopped for driving too slow (as he made his way home from a church function).  Because of a prior felony from 1992, for which he served time, my uncle had his residency taken away and was deported. He illegally entered the country over 10 years ago and had been working and paying his taxes while supporting his family ever since. The traffic officer determined my uncle was here illegally.
